If you complete all workouts, follow the nutrition actions with at least 90% adherence, consume all coaching content, and attend all scheduled coaching calls, we are confident you will demonstrate measurable progress by the end of 90 days.

If you do not, and this is not shown through at least one of the following – reduced body measurementsimproved progress photos, or increased strength in key exercises – we will refund you.

Our online coaching for women is perfect for anyone who:

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, we can create a plan that works for you.

Whilst the process is different by service, everyone will experience:

  1. An onboarding process that details how to get the best out of your programme and how to use the MyCoach app
  2. A fitness plan loaded onto your account on the MyCoach app
  3. Access to a qualified online personal trainer for questions, feedback and support

No! Our programmes have home or gym options, with 1-on-1 Coaching and Accelerator Coaching fully bespoke to your preferences.

Our 6-week Kickstart Challenge home option requires dumbells. For out bespoke packages - our 90-Day Tone Up Plan, 1-on-1 Coaching and Accelerator Coaching we can design workouts that require no equipment, minimal equipment (e.g., resistance bands, dumbbells), or gym machines.

Your progress matters most. If you don’t complete a sufficient number of your workouts for the month, we’ll usually recommend you carry them over to the next month of your subscription. This ensures you progress at your pace while still receiving ongoing coaching support. This can be discussed with your coach in advance.

Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership by contacting our support team at info@vadalabs.co.uk. Please note that cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month.

 

While we don’t tend to provide strict meal plans, we offer general guidance on nutrition, including calorie targets and macronutrient breakdowns, tailored to your goals. Some of our plans also offer Nutrition Guides, meal ideas and suggestions for dietary challenges.

This varies depending on the service you choose. Regardless, we believe that access to coaching support is at the heart of successful online coaching and online personal trainer can easily be reached via the messaging channel within the MyCoach app. Coaches typically respond within 24 hours.

Workouts in our 90-Day Tone Up Plan, 1-on-1 Coaching and Accelerator Coaching are tailored to your goals, fitness level, and preferences. If something isn’t working for you, your fitness coach can make adjustments to ensure the programme fits your needs.

We recommend tracking your progress through:

  • Regular check-ins with your coach
  • Metrics like body measurements, weight, or progress photos
  • Fitness performance markers, such as increased strength or endurance

Your coach will guide you on the best tracking methods for your goals.

Absolutely. Our programmes are designed to cater to all fitness levels, including beginners.

If you’re enrolling in our 90-Day Tone Up Plan, 1-on-1 Coaching, or Accelerator coaching, please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries during the onboarding process. Your coach can tailor your plan accordingly, but we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare provider before starting.

For pre-purchased plans - our 6-week Kickstart Challenge – if you have a medical condition or injury, consult your doctor or healthcare professional before purchasing. By signing up, you confirm that you’re medically able to engage in physical activity as outlined in the plan.

Workouts typically range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your schedule and goals. If you’re short on time, we can design effective sessions that fit into your busy day.

We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, and use secure payment provider GoCardless to manage ongoing payments via Direct Debit.
