Anna is a qualified personal trainer and online fitness coach with 17 years experience understanding what actually gets lasting results for busy women.  

Before qualifying as a PT, an agency-side career gave Anna a true understanding of the pressure that comes with juggling fitness and health alongside a demanding career, family, friends and the never-ending to-do list.

A mum of two, Anna now draws on all her experience to help women in high-pressure agency roles lose weight, tone up, build strength and improve health, with a focus on long-term results.
