Anna is a qualified personal trainer and online fitness coach with 16 years experience understanding the invisible drivers of human behaviour and how to harness them to achieve success, quickly and easily.  

As well as a deep understanding of what’s actually required to create lasting change, a career in the corporate world gave Anna a true understanding of the pressure that comes with juggling fitness and health alongside a demanding career, family, friends and the never-ending to-do list.

A mum of two, Anna now draws on all her experience to help women in leadership achieve their dream physique and feel on top of their health, for life.
